Art of teaching Pilates today

We’ll start with a full 60-minute class experience it first, then break it down.
From there, we’ll explore where Pilates stands in today’s evolving fitness world and how we can bring Classical Pilates, Sculpt and Strength together without losing the intention and foundations of the method.
WHAT WE’LL EXPLORE
PILATES TODAY
How the method is evolving alongside today’s fitness industry.
CLASSICAL → SCULPT → STRENGTH
How to layer resistance, load and fitness concepts into Pilates with purpose.

THE ART OF TEACHING
Cueing · Energy · Presence · Connection
This isn’t about giving you another list of exercises.
It’s about understanding why you teach what you teach and becoming more intentional in how you deliver it

Sunday October 25th 12/5 pm

Strength Mobility and Recovery

Start with a 60-minute SCULPTÉ Signature Strength + Mobility class, combining functional strength, stability and intentional mobility.
Then take the work beyond the workout.
